Do you have a Liability Insurance Policy?

Yes we have it, plus an umbrella policy of five million dollars on top of it.

Do you have Workers Compensation Insurance?

Yes we provide all of our workers with it.

Do you give free estimates?

Do you have specialized training?

We earned Cal-Osha certifications, Aerial work platform safety courses, Bay Area Storm Management certifications and Genie Industries Equipment Safety certifications.

How long have you done this kind of work?

Jose has worked in the business since the year 2000 and Mauricio since the year 1997.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel your appointment with Crystal Maintenance Inc. at least 24 hours ahead. A phone call recommended instead of an email, since your message might not be read on time.

How long is an estimate valid?

Estimates are valid for 60 days only. Prices are subject to change after 60 days.

What payment methods do you accept, and when is it due?

Crystal Maintenance Inc. accepts checks, and payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
