Our effort and work ethic made us who we are

Jose and Mauricio Diaz created Crystal Maintenance Inc. in August of 2007 after working in some of the best property management and window cleaning companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Diaz brothers bring a combined experience of over 20 years as commercial window cleaners. They both gather the necessary knowledge on the field and performing administrative tasks with their previous employers.

Now having their own company brings a great level of pride and responsibility that they share on a daily basis.

They enjoy the daily learning that comes with hiring new employees, providing training and purchasing the new equipment and materials needed to make sure that you get the best service when you need your windows cleaned or the concrete in your property pressure washed.
