High Rise Window Cleaning
There are no challenges with buildings getting taller because Crystal Maintenance Inc. is ready to do the cleaning of these buildings, and working in such environment has led to the constant improvement of our access systems to keep your windows shining year round.
Crystal Maintenance Inc. extensive experience offers clients like Bank of the West and Patelco Credit Union with superb service and reliability when cleaning their properties.
We use suspended scaffold systems and or access platforms, also known as boom lifts, hydraulic platforms or hoists.
These lifts allow for users to access small areas and confined spaces. Truck mounted platforms offer excellent working height and outreach capabilities, combined with variable width jacking and the ability to set up and be operational within minutes of arriving on site.
In addition to those systems we are also trained in the use of Bosun’s Chairs. This is a device used to suspend a person from a rope in order to perform work aloft.

Window Cleaning Interior

Our equipment that includes far reaching extension poles and tucker poles connected to our pressure washing machine cleans with purified water your interior and exterior windows to prevent any damage to the crystal.
Mineral Deposit Removal
Calcium and magnesium in water leaves hard deposits called lime scales. These deposits once they get on different surfaces seem like they will never come off and make every day cleaning products less effective.
We have delicate yet industrial strength techniques to remove and getting rid of mineral deposits. With industrial safe polishes, compounds and specialized chemicals we can remove most staining from your glass surfaces.

Pressure Washing

However we seldom use those chemicals since our machine is capable of heating water up to 250 degrees with a tremendous pressure of 3000 psi; by comparison a garden hose carries about 40 psi through it.

Estimates are valid for 60 days only. Prices are subject to change after 60 days.
What payment methods do you accept, and when is it due?
Crystal Maintenance Inc. accepts checks, and payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
